Incident history
An upstream Spot provider management-plane fault (a node-pool admission webhook rejecting updates) is preventing automated node-pool scaling changes. Impact: running CI is unaffected and jobs continue to execute; only automated capacity changes are delayed. Mitigation: capacity is being maintained manually while the provider restores the control plane; a support ticket is open. Status: monitoring — awaiting upstream fix.
A scheduled credential refresh failed and the warm-node floor was thin, risking reduced runner capacity. Resolution: credential refresh fixed and the warm-node floor raised. No sustained job impact.
